One-To-One Therapy Session
One-on-one therapy is a personalized approach used to support children with diverse needs in a focused and individualized way. Unlike group sessions, this method allows a therapist or educator to work directly with a single child, tailoring every aspect of the session to suit that child’s unique challenges, strengths, and goals. Our specialised 1-1 therapy programs encompass Speech therapy, Cognitive therapy, Behavior therapy, and Language therapy. These sessions involve dedicated interactions between our skilled therapists and students, addressing their unique needs and challenges on an individual basis. One-on-One teaching takes place directly between a single student and one Special Educator, where we focus on the High Quality Interaction and Personal Attention to the student. We offer a Tailor made teaching style. This approach is especially effective because it creates a safe and distraction-free environment where the child feels seen and supported. The therapist can closely monitor progress, adjust strategies in real time, and form a strong, trusting bond with the child. For children on the autism spectrum, those with ADHD, learning disabilities, or intellectual challenges, one-on-one therapy provides the intensive support they often need to thrive. Most importantly, this type of therapy helps build confidence, independence, and self-awareness, giving children the tools not only to learn but to succeed in their daily lives. It's not just about teaching skills—it's about helping each child realize their potential at their own pace, in their own way.

Sinchana school
Sinchana School offers a specialised education program tailored to the Karnataka syllabus. It is designed specifically for children with learning difficulties, ensuring that they receive the support and resources needed to excel academically and grow personally. Here we design an individual education plan (IEP) for each child based on the child's IQ and the concern of the parents. We do conduct life skill programs. We, at Sinchana, believe in identifying the challenges faced by the child and help in showing the path to the child and handhold along with them in the chosen path. We chart out an educational plan to work with the child in consent with their parents. The immediate and the long term needs of the child are taken into consideration. We work with the child in a holistic way i.e, we concentrate in all the areas of development of the child like cognition, communication, speech, physical development, social behavior and more.

Sinchana NIOS and Remedial class
For students who require an alternative educational path, we provide access to the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) program. This allows students to select subjects that align with their interests and capabilities. Additionally, our remedial classes are designed to assist slow learners in catching up with their peers, bridging gaps in their education. A learning disability is to do with the way a child's brain works. It makes it harder for the child to learn, understand or do things. is a reduced intellectual ability and difficulty with everyday activities – for example household tasks, socialising or managing money – which affects the child for their whole life.In order to solve this problem, the child requires extra help and we as a trained special educators, perform a comprehensive evaluation of the child's abilities and then help the child build on their strengths while compensating for their disabilities. We train the child by making IEPs (Individual Educational Plan) for the child based on their IQ.
Teach and watch
The Teach and Watch program consists of 2 hour sessions where the first hour is committed for individual attention and the oher hour is for group activity. Group Activity involves Social Communication, interpersonal skills, and Peer interaction.“Teach and Watch” can mean two things, both rooted in helping others learn in supportive, hands-on ways. As a learning method, "Watch, Do, Teach" (also known as "See One, Do One, Teach One") encourages learners to first observe a skill, then try it themselves with guidance, and finally teach it to someone else—an empowering cycle that builds confidence and deepens understanding. On the other hand, a “Teach Watch” is a thoughtfully designed children’s watch that makes learning to tell time easier and more enjoyable. With clear numbers and simple features, it helps kids feel capable and excited as they master a new and important life skill.
Extracurricular Activities
We recognize the importance of a well-rounded education. Therefore, we offer a variety of extracurricular activities and sports programs that encourage students to explore their interests and develop their physical and social skills. At Sinchana Foundation, our commitment is not only to the academic progress of children with special needs but also to their overall well-being and happiness. We strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
